This recently renovated mining house is one of Derby's iconic properties. A large covered front deck, new bathroom and laundry, and major interior renovation has just been completed. The house has a new and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Your comfort is guaranteed with high quality bedding and linens.
Your bikes are a priority at The Trailhead House. We have a shipping container that's been fitted out for bike storage, workshop and tools. There is a wash bay and bike racks. Your bike is safe in the locked security of the shipping container.
The house is 3 bedrooms and set up to sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. It features an open plan kitchen, living & dining room all heated by a freestanding Saxon wood heater. Main bathroom has laundry, shower and 2 toilets.

Cancellation Policy
FLEXIBLE
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. A 50% cancellation fee applies to bookings cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours before arrival. No refund is provided for cancellations within 24 days of arrival, or in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended
