The Blue Derby trails flow past the front of the accommodation and food and drink is literally a stone’s throw away.
The pump track, Lake Derby, Blue Derby trailhead and other refreshment options in town are all within a five-minute walk from this home base for your Blue Derby adventure.

Cancellation Policy
Things you need to know before you book:
Cancellation
The deposit (50%) paid at time of booking is nonrefundable.
There is no refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
COVID-19: If federal or state government-imposed restrictions prevent the guest from staying for the dates booked the amount paid will be credited against a future booking; or, a refund of the total amount paid less 10% of the value of the booking, whichever the guest prefers.
No pets are permitted in or outside the accommodation.
No smoking is permitted inside the units or within 5m of the external door of any unit or any windows.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and/or late check-out can be requested and is subject to availability and housekeeping requirements.
No more than the number of people on the confirmed booking request shall stay overnight. The bunk room will not be available if the booking is for less than 5 guests unless specifically requested by the guest at the time of booking.
In the event of damage to the property Tin Mountain Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge your credit/debit card for the cost of repair or our insurance excess (our excess is $500 for accidental damage and breakage and $1000 for theft, vandalism or malicious, deliberate, or intentional damage), whichever is less.
A cleaning fee up to $150 may be charged to your credit card if the property is left in a state that requires more than 3 hours to clean.
